Its main purpose is to act as a readily accessible platform where potential investors , entrepreneurs and other interested parties can review, select and filter the projects which are looking for equity finance.

The Exchange is the primary place where potential applicants, including entrepreneurs, auhtors of business ideas and existing companies, can submit an overview of their proprosals to potential investors. The Exchange is a user-friendly solution All one has to do is to submit a project proposal is to follow the six easy steps as listed here. Projects can be briefly described and provided publicly to all visitors of the website thereby increasing the reach of each accepted proposal and the chances that it will find financing from interested investors, which may not necessarily be registered as members of the Bulgarian Business Angels Network.

Potential business angels can also benefit from the use of the website as it provides an easy access to a variety of projects, which can be refined and filtered by a number of predefined search critera such as the type of support the project needs (funding, consulting, mentorship), the phase of project development, its industry, location, size of investment sought, the share the author is willing to sell, the expected Return on Investment (ROI), the exit period etc.

Once a project is selected, business angels are able to read through the short project overview (executive summary), review the introduction of the entrepreneur and, in case the proposal is found to be of interest, send an inquiry directly to us.  These options are accessible to all visitors of the website.
